About Liliana
Liliana Stojanov earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with concentrations in Music and French from Truman State University. She is a Clinical Social Work Associate registered with the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers.
Liliana’s background includes caregiving for older adults as well as providing outpatient therapy to clients across the lifespan. Having worked on the front lines of care, she brings unique insight into caregiver burnout, chronic illness management, and nervous system dysregulation. She has extensive experience supporting older adults, caregivers, individuals living with chronic health conditions, immigrants, individuals with ADHD and autism, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. She is deeply committed to early intervention and to making mental health services more accessible, equitable, and affirming for everyone.
As a therapist, Liliana is inspired by unconditional positive regard. The client is the expert of their life. Her role is to help the client recognize unhelpful patterns, release emotional blockages, and reconnect with their body’s intuition and wisdom. Sessions focus on regulating the nervous system, building practical coping skills, and modeling healthy relationships in a safe and collaborative environment. Liliana’s approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based.
Liliana is fluent in Macedonian and holds a working knowledge of both French and Spanish. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, dancing, creating art, and spending time with animals. She is supervised by Lydia Byhardt Bollinger, MSW, LCSW.
