Alexander Counseling Center, LLC (“Alexander Counseling Center,” “ACC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Website Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information obtained through our website and related digital advertising activities.
This policy applies to information collected through this website. It does not replace our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes how we may use and disclose protected health information and explains your rights concerning that information.

The subject of your inquiry
Information you include in a message
Your general interest in our services

General website activity
Security and error-log information
We may use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
2. Contact-Form and Email Privacy
Our website contact form is intended only for general questions and appointment inquiries. It is not a secure clinical messaging system.
Please do not use the contact form or ordinary email to submit diagnoses, treatment information, medical records, Social Security numbers, insurance identification numbers, detailed descriptions of mental health concerns, or other sensitive health information.
Contact-form submissions are sent to an authorized Alexander Counseling Center email account. We have disabled routine storage of form submissions in the WordPress website database. However, submitted information may still pass through our website infrastructure and be retained within our email system, security logs, or system backups.
Submitting a message does not establish a therapist-client relationship and does not guarantee that a therapist is available or that ACC can provide the requested service.
The contact form and email are not monitored continuously and must not be used for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger or needs immediate medical attention, call 911. For emotional distress or crisis support, call or text 988.

You may configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may affect the operation of certain website features.
If we use nonessential analytics or advertising technologies, we will evaluate whether additional notice, consent, or opt-out controls are required. A cookie preference tool may be provided where appropriate.
5. Digital Advertising
ACC may use Google, Meta, or other digital advertising platforms to provide information about our services. These platforms may collect information about interactions with advertisements, such as ad clicks, device information, general location, and visits to webpages, subject to their own privacy policies and settings.
We do not knowingly provide protected health information, clinical records, contact-form messages, or information about an identifiable person’s treatment to Google, Meta, or other advertising platforms for advertising purposes.
