As a clinician, Eliza has experience working with teens and adults experiencing grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, phobias, life stressors, and more. She has previous experience working in residential and outpatient settings with clients of various ages, genders, and sexual orientations, including those who identify as LGBTQIA+. She draws from her experience working with clients of various socio-economic, cultural, and spiritual backgrounds to facilitate sessions where clients can navigate their emotions, experiences, and concerns in a safe, nonjudgmental environment.
Throughout the therapeutic process, Eliza’s approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and person-centered. Eliza is trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help clients heal from trauma, and she also draws on experiential, cognitive-behavioral, and relational techniques. She is especially passionate about helping her clients improve their self-concept, emotional expression, and intrapersonal awareness. Eliza is currently offering online-only sessions.
